1	Vein Echo	Passive	When an ore block is mined, the pickaxe sends a sculk echo through directly connected blocks of the same mineral family, briefly revealing the remaining vein. Synergy: Resonant Excavation increases the number of connected ore blocks that can be traced. Worldvein expands the echo further. Controls: Passive — activated by mining ore.
2	Resonant Draw	Passive	Mining opens a short-lived vibration current around the broken block. Nearby dropped items and experience orbs are pulled physically toward the wielder instead of being teleported directly into the inventory. Synergy: Deep Current increases pull range, strength and duration. Worldvein strengthens the current again. Controls: Passive — activates after mining with the pickaxe.
3	Cavern Pulse	Passive	Breaking natural geologic blocks sends a short vibration pulse through the surrounding rock. If a meaningful open cavity is nearby, the response points roughly toward it without revealing exact coordinates. Synergy: Resonant Excavation and Pressure Sense increase the survey radius. Worldvein improves the pulse further. Controls: Passive — activated while mining natural geology.
4	Deep Fracture	Passive	When the last visible block of an ore family is mined, the pickaxe searches a small surrounding volume for a detached continuation of the same mineral seam and emits a directional vibration if one exists. Synergy: Resonant Excavation increases detection distance. Worldvein extends it further. Controls: Passive — triggered when an ore vein appears to end.
5 First Stabilization	Resonant Extraction	Active	After the First Stabilization, the pickaxe can resonate through a directly connected ore vein and mine a limited number of matching blocks as a controlled extraction. Every block still uses normal player mining and normal drops. Synergy: Resonant Excavation increases extraction capacity and reduces cooldown. Worldvein increases capacity and responsiveness again. Controls: Sneak + Right Click an ore block.
6	Seam Follow	Passive	After Resonant Extraction finishes, the remaining vibration signature searches beyond the extracted cluster for a nearby detached seam belonging to the same ore family and points toward the closest valid continuation. Synergy: Resonant Excavation increases search range. Faultweave can feed the discovered seam back into Vein Echo and Strata Memory. Controls: Passive — follows a successful Resonant Extraction.
7	Tunnel Rhythm	Passive	Mining natural geology repeatedly in roughly the same direction builds a short streak. Maintaining that rhythm grants a temporary mining-speed increase; changing direction or waiting too long breaks the sequence. Synergy: Seismic Thread strengthens the rhythm, raises its streak potential and later improves Faultline. Worldvein improves the maximum rhythm. Controls: Passive — maintain a consistent mining direction.
8	Strata Memory	Memory	The last ore mined by the pickaxe is stored directly on the evolving ItemStack as a persistent strata signature. The memory survives renaming, enchanting, repairs and Stabilization. Synergy: Mineral Echo searches for the stored signature. Orekin later broadens exact block memory into a mineral-family memory. Controls: Passive — mine an ore block to replace the stored signature.
9	Mineral Echo	Active	The pickaxe sends a controlled survey pulse for the mineral signature stored by Strata Memory. A successful scan provides directional vibration feedback rather than exact coordinates or permanent wall vision. Synergy: Resonant Excavation increases search radius. Orekin recognizes matching ore variants, while Worldvein improves range and cooldown. Controls: Sneak + Right Click while aiming into the air.
10 Deep Stabilization	Faultline	Active	After the Deep Stabilization, the pickaxe can project a short fracture along the wielder's look direction. Faultline only mines safe natural geology, stops at invalid blocks and avoids turning into unrestricted area mining. Synergy: Seismic Thread increases bore length and reduces cooldown. Faultsense and Deep Survey react at the end of the fracture. Worldvein improves the bore again. Controls: Sprint + Right Click a natural geologic block.
11	Faultsense	Passive	Mining and Faultline can detect nearby lava, water pressure and meaningful open cavities. The response gives directional warning through distinct vibration feedback instead of exposing exact hazard coordinates. Synergy: Pressure Sense significantly increases detection range and reliability. Worldvein shortens response downtime. Controls: Passive — activates during mining and after Faultline.
12	Deep Survey	Passive	The pickaxe combines earlier geological signals into a wider survey. It can point toward nearby ore while also responding to hazardous fluids or open cavities, allowing the surrounding underground structure to be read as one temporary vibration network. Synergy: Resonant Excavation and Pressure Sense expand the survey. Faultweave prioritizes the remembered mineral signature. Controls: Passive — activates during mining and after Faultline.
13	Orekin	Memory	The pickaxe learns the mineral identity beneath a stored ore signature. Mineral Echo and related memory scans can recognize normalized stone, deepslate and compatible modded variants as the same mineral family rather than demanding one exact block ID. Synergy: Faultweave feeds the stored family into Faultline, while Worldvein can reveal several matching blocks at once. Controls: Passive — refines Strata Memory and mineral-family matching.
14	Faultweave	Synergy	A completed Faultline can answer with a free directional pulse toward the currently memorized Orekin family. The fracture also continues to interact with Faultsense and Deep Survey, turning the endpoint into a geological information node. Synergy: Orekin supplies the remembered mineral family; Worldvein expands that final reading into a marked cluster. Controls: Passive — follows a successful Faultline.
15 Harmonic Stabilization	Worldvein	Synergy	When Faultline finishes, Worldvein performs one bounded search around the fracture endpoint for the stored Orekin family. Up to 12 matching ore blocks are marked for 5 seconds. It never breaks blocks or creates drops and has a 20-second internal cooldown. Synergy: Orekin defines the mineral family and Faultweave connects that memory to the Faultline endpoint. Controls: Passive — follows a successful Faultline when Strata Memory is available.
